Description:
The Jr. Implementation Software Analyst is responsible for configuring the Chrome River application to meet our customer's business requirements. It involves working directly with customers and the members of our implementation team to help them resolve issues and test configurations. In the course of performing this function, the Jr. Implementation Software Analyst will rely on his or her background in software development, supporting software applications and associated organizational processes. The Jr. Implementation Software Analyst is a member of the Implementation Team and collaborates closely with our support and engineering groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test business work flows and software applications
- Use issue tracking systems such as Bugzilla and Zendesk
- Conduct screen changes on software configurations
- Work with QA team members, software engineers, and system and database administrators to trouble-shoot in the multiple environments. This may include trouble-shooting database issues using SQL queries
Required Background and Skills:
- Understanding of table structures and relationships of data
- SQL experience
- Working knowledge of web applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Team player who does not need extensive supervision
- Completed Bachelor's degree
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of enterprise-level financial applications
- Experience supporting software applications
- Ability to multi-task with various projects and clients
A typical day involves supporting clients over the phone with screen changes, rules changes supporting their custom requirements. You will also be involved in the strategy of solving customer issues while collaborating with other team members.
