One of LA's most successful medical spas is looking for an experienced customer service/administrator to join our Customer Service team.

Customer Service is the primary skill needed. We also want people that can groomed for more responsibility and become an important part of the company as we grow.

This is NOT a minimum wage or entry level position and is not a position, and we do not like to micro manage. We empower our people and try to stay out of the way, but are always there to guide and help when it is needed.

It requires creative problem solving, the ability to help clients, be able to handle some product procurement (purchasing) and to be an essential member of a close-knit team of pros. This position requires EXPERT CLIENT CARE , handling incoming calls, managing client accounts, filing, setting and confirming appointments, talking to clients about medical spa treatments (which we'll teach), product purchasing, retail stocking, marketing materials stocking, and the ability to see what needs to be done and make it happen and to take this position as far as you like.

Full-Time and must work Saturdays and Sundays to start.

We have a great group of 15 good people and are a close knit proffesional team, so intelligence, dependability is a must.

Experience with medical spa treatments such as Botox or dermal fillers is a big plus. Purchasing experience helps. Stable work history important (at least 2 years at one position). Multiple languages a plus. We do reference and background checks.
