Under the direction of the Director of Patient and Family Services, the Clinical Nutrition Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating the staff and services of the Clinical Nutrition Department. Also provides guidance to and collaborates with the Food Service Manager in planning and approving menus, developing dietetic policies, procedures and QA projects, and planning and conducting education programs for staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
Registration with the American Dietetic Association
3 years experience in pediatric clinical dietetics
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Knowledge of diet therapy and pediatric nutrition theory and practice
Ability to communicate effectively in English - verbally and in writing
Knowledge of regulations and laws governing nutritional care
Master's degree or advanced certification
Computer literate

The job description is:
*checking clients out
*handling emails
*keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
*assisting when needed with clients in the treatment room
*answering phones
*filing and prepping client files
*scheduling appointments on a web based program
*because this is such a specialized office, I need somebody willing to commit for at least a year
*spelling, grammar, and punctuation are important since you will be dealing with client emails
*keeping the office organized

This is part time for now and will grow into more within the next 6 months or so. There are opportunities for growth and advancement if you are interested in that; but, not required.
The hours are Wednesdays through Saturdays and we can discuss timing on those days. During the training period, it would be about 6-8 hours a day and then about 4-5 hours per day 4 days a week. Approx 16-24 hours a week for now.
