Principal Duties and Responsibilities
? *Arranges meetings, compiles reports, composes memos, letters, and handles special projects as directed.
? *Types confidential documents and correspondence using word processing software.
? *Accesses and inputs employee information using the HR database, including limited report writing.
? *Assists with internal and external job movement, including the preparation of job postings, interview packets, and new hire job packets.
? *Maintains employee personnel and medical files.
? *Updates and maintains job descriptions.
? *Serves as a liaison for employees'.
? *Backup to receptionist for morning and afternoon break and as needed.
? *Assists Managers in scheduling training.
