1) THIS IS NOT A LAME "OFFICE ADMIN" GIG. You know what I mean...the gig where everyday you drive into an office you don't want to be at, get ordered around, and become more and more unfulfilled every day. 2) WE HIRE CHARACTERS NOT POSITIONS. If you have what it takes as an individual - in other words, if you "crush it" in everything you do in life - then you'll fit in well at our company. Young or old, just out of college, if you have what it takes, we'll know! We find that the most successful individuals in this role have both their heads and their hearts in the right place.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Incredibly organized and detail oriented
- Effective and efficient use of computer (able to work well within our CRM system)
- Amiable personality that is fun to work with and displays positive attitude/energy
- Good email writing skills
- Honest, RELIABLE, and loyal (doing exactly what you say you will)
- Phenomenal on-the-phone and in-person communication skills
- Put-together packages that need to be sent out on company's behalf - welcome kits, marketing materials, etc.
- Handle company mail - ingoing & outgoing - as well as product shipments to customers (also head-up interactions w/ UPS, FedEx, USPS)
- Help develop, produce, and organize monthly company events, especially trainings (catering, rental set-up, hotel accommodations, dinner reservations)
- Answer incoming phone calls and incoming emails sent to company's general mailbox
- Greet office visitors and ensure office inflow/outflow is effectively managed
- Have intimate knowledge of company's new office space - keep it optimized and know exactly what to do when needed (cleaning, internet, phones, repairs)
- Assist with or handle the booking of travel and appointments for company executives (personal & business)
- Assist with or handle management of various manager's/executive's calendars
- Assist with or handle both personal & business chores - coffee runs, dry cleaning, office supply shopping, grocery shopping, etc
- Assist with the faxing, scanning, filing and organization of documents
- Keep office organized and ensure atmosphere of compliance
- Assist with product & inventory ordering as needed - keep product shelves organized
- Assist executives with any task they need handled that comes up on a day-in and day-out basis
