If you are a NATIVE teacher from a SPANISH, FRENCH & MANDARIN speaking country and want to continue your teaching career in the United States we invite you to apply as an ENRICHMENT teacher for Pre-school and elementary students hosting our After-school Program in public schools, private and charter and Catholic schools level K-5 and 6-8 after school in all Los Angeles.

NEEDED 2 SPANISH teachers in the areas of (1) Northridge, (1) Glendale, (2) FRENCH teacher in the Glendale and (2) MANDARIN teacher for the Glendale area for the start of the next school year in SEPTEMBER 2013.

Classes run during the school year and are one hour per week in a different school each weekday. Classes are offered at different schools after school between 2:30-4:30 pm Monday through Friday during the school year and Saturdays from 9:00am-12.

Each CLASS is 1 hour and a half long (one hour of instruction and a half hour of preparation). Each class is entirely in the target language and requires complete mastery of the language and culture of country of origin. 10-15 students per teacher in different ages and therefore a good command of classroom management and differentiated teachings are an added value.

Pay scale for AFTER-SCHOOL (selected teachers would have a contract with the company as "Independent Contractor" (1099)
SPANISH teachers
$18, per CLASS if you DO NOT have qualifications in higher education in the United States.
$21, per CLASS if you have degree (BA or BS) or Masters in Education or related field
$24, per CLASS if you have PhD

FRENCH teachers
$20, per CLASS if you DO NOT have qualifications in higher education in the United States.
$23, per CLASS if you have degree (BA or BS) or Masters in Education or related field
$26, per CLASS if you have PhD

MANDARIN teachers
$22, per CLASS if you DO NOT have qualifications in higher education in the United States.
$25, per CLASS if you have degree (BA or BS) or Masters in Education or related field
$28, per CLASS if you have PhD

All these rates vary if classes are back-to-back or for Private Tutoring.
