Boutique international law firm in the Mid-Wilshire area is looking for a dedicated individual aspiring to be a case administrator, paralegal or attorney, to fill an internship position in the personal injury and immigration practice group(s), which may transition to a part-time permanent position for the right candidate. The firm handles commercial/business litigation, corporate/real estate transactions, immigration, tort law (personal injury), family law and criminal law. The successful candidate will have a desire to learn and grow in experience within the industry of legal services. Compensation will be a stipend plus bonus potential for productivity. * Familiarity with Code of Civil Procedure, as well as all Local Rules.
* Calendaring
* Coordinating with Expert Witnesses.
* Trial Preparation: Important deadlines, Trial Notebooks, Jury Instructions, Motions in Limine, Civil Subpoenas, Exhibit List, Witness List

The office is automated and familiarity with law office computer technology including Abacus Law software is preferred.

We need someone with great personality that can think outside of the box.
