Responsibilities
? Responsibilities include production for D&O product line in the Los Angeles region
? Engage in marketing efforts and new business development
? Handle new and renewal business for wholesale brokers
? Work with operations, claims, external marketing to build products and contribute to financial performance of unit
? Maintain excellent service standards
? Develop relationships and maintain existing relationships with regional broker base

Requirements

Trader Trainee
You will be expected to:
Become a student of the market
Find an asset class (stocks, forex, futures, etc.) that fits your personality
Undergo a rigorous training program (entry level) Share knowledge and experience with junior traders (senior trader)
Execute trades on behalf of the firm
Work closely and collaborate with a senior trader
You must be able to:
Work in a fast paced environment
Follow rules and take direction to prove to us you can trade without supervision
Show progression in your daily profit and loss and growth as a trader
Be Patient. Be Disciplined. Get Better everyday.

Compensation:
If you understand anything about the market, you know it all comes down to your personal performance. Some traders will only make $50,000 for the year while another will earn $2 million. We will discuss this further at the orientation below.
