GENERAL MANAGERS:

EXPERIENCE PROFILE-

5+ years hospitality experience includes at least 3 years of GM experience in management
Experience managing other successful, high volume restaurants
Possess a proven track record of effectively, training, mentoring and managing hourly employees
Understand a P&L statement
Always looking for opportunities to improve sales or manage costs
You are known for being a gracious, outgoing and hospitable person
You have a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
You are adaptable, flexible and can put out many fires on any given day
You appreciate that having a system, process or protocol in place will make everyone's job easier.
You appreciate and respect a healthy life/work balance. (We do too).
You are confident and comfortable visiting guests at their table

WE ARE SEEKING MANAGERS OF ALL LEVELS WITH FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

5+ years hospitality experience includes at least 3 years experience in management
Understand a P&L statement
Experience managing other successful, high volume restaurants
Strong hospitality, communication and people management skills
Knowledge of food, wine and spirits
Computer skills in Excel, Aloha POS, Open Table, Google Mail and calendars
Personal and emotional stability; must serve as strong/positive role model

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effectively manage high volume Fine Dining and or Polished Casual restaurant and team members within the policies and guidelines of the company, aiming for guest satisfaction at all times
Provide direction, leadership and mentoring to all FOH staff every shift. Administer disciplinary process of FOH team members, including employee coaching and termination.
Ensure fast, accurate service, and positive and polite guest relations
Be the face of our Concept:
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new team members. Conduct performance reviews.
Conduct inventory and cash control procedures
Ensure that all staff stations, service areas, dining room and tables are set for the shift and that the tables and floor are clean. Ensure that entire facility and service area looks full/clean/abundant during service.
Handle guest complaints with professional and sincere attention
Completion of daily, weekly and monthly operational, administrative and HR-related duties
