? prev ? next ? Our restaurant is a quick service customizable salad and wraps concept. We currently have 2 locations open in Downtown LA, and one in Santa Monica by the promenade! We need to fill several positions for the new SM store due to how busy the store has been right out of the gate.

We have a fantastic chemistry among the staff. Therefore we only hire those who would contribute to that environment. Since we are a relatively new concept, we are also looking for people who want to be part of building something new. We are definitely looking to grow, so there will be opportunities for advancement for our best employees. The positions available are as follows:

ASSOCIATES (4 positions): taking and putting together customer orders from our variety of displayed topping options, plus simple prep work. 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry preferred (Subway experience is looked upon very highly due to the similarities in job responsibilities). AVAILABILITY MON-FRI 11AM-3PM IS MOST PREFERRED

DISHWASHER (1 position): We have a dishwashing machine, but there will also be some handwashing in a 3 compartment sink required, plus some light prep work. 2 years experience required. 25+ hrs per week available for those who perform up to expectations. MUST BE AVAILABLE MON-SAT, 11AM-8PM

*Experience required- 2 years preferred, but not required
*Hours available- Mon-Sun, anywhere from 15-20 hrs/week starting (more based on performance)
*We will discuss compensation details in our interviews. The starting pay is $9.00/hr. We are completely performance based- if you work hard, you'll get more hours and raises.
*Being in Santa Monica, we are not able to offer parking for our employees. For this reason we encourage local applicants. For non-locals, there are nearby lots with monthly rates that are reasonable. We also encourage public transportation as well.
*If you are not a US citizen, we will only hire individuals that are legally capable of working in the US. Please be prepared to bring your papers to the interview for us to verify your legality.

NOTE: every position with this company will be very intense and fast paced. Hard workers thrive in this environment, but those who aren't usually don't last very long. Please bear that in mind when deciding whether or not to respond to this ad.

*3 years multi unit restaurant management experience.

*Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
*Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated.
*Full knowledge of P&L, food cost, and labor percentage
*Must possess a valid CA drivers license and insurance.
*College degree preferred

Duties:
*Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant
*Resolve customer complaints.
*Ability to hire, train, supervise and lead restaurant staff.
*Mentor General Managers and staff to exceed sales goals..
*Maintain budget, employee records, prepare payroll, and monitor bookkeeping records.
*Total receipts and balance against sales/inventory.
*Master food preparation.
Work with GM's on maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment.
Monitor ordering and inventory control
Bilingual in Spanish and English (not required, but a big plus)

Operational Manager - Successful National Quick Service Restaurant $$ (Southern California)

We are looking for the head honcho. Someone who will single handedly run this restaurant. This person's tasks will include (but not be limited to):

Opening and closing the store (alternating with general manager)
Being a leader that leads by example
Working an average of between 60 and 70 hours per week
Personally prepping food and maintaing quality control
Hiring and firing hourly employees
Maintaing quality control in all aspects of the restaurant
Reporting directly to the owners on a daily basis
Be willing to relocate within the local Southern California area depending on final location of store.

The pay for this position is very competitive with similar opportunities in this field, but the reason you want this job over other companies is it is HIGHLY incentivized. The better and more efficient this restaurant runs, the more money you are able to make.

College degree is preferred but not required. Previous food or restaurant experience is a plus.
